So Ferman is 0-2 with me as a customer. Last time it wasn't their fault but their service advisor left me in the wind knowing what was going on and I had to keep contacting him as to a reso Last time it wasn't their fault but their service advisor left me in the wind knowing what was going on and I had to keep contacting him as to a resolution. Today I bring my mustang in with a window issue. Window keeps going down 1/4 inch on its own when the car is on or off. Explained that to the service advisor. After some time of waiting I had to go back to the tech with the service advisor and explain the issue as he was not informed properly, side note he was working on another car when I was brought to the back. Another hour goes by and I'm informed they can't duplicate it and that I owe for a diagnostic fee. That was $213 for someone to do a few minutes of work and give me an excuse that its a saggy headliner which mines not, it was just a TSB on the system. I am really truly at a loss as to what was done? Will not be back for sure. I would like to include the actual diagnostic charge was never told to me other than I may have to cover it if there is something that isn't covered under the extended warranty. More
