People were awesome, dealership not so much, I asked for the engine compartment to be detailed the day before I drove down with my trade in. When I arrived, very first thing I did was "pop" the hood. Guess the engine compartment to be detailed the day before I drove down with my trade in. When I arrived, very first thing I did was "pop" the hood. Guess what, NOT DETAILED, HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. That was very disappointing. Other then that.... Michael was a pleasure to deal with, intelligent conversation, and not wanting to get to the "next deal", he's definitely a asset to Ferman Ford! More
