The staff at this dealership has been great. They didn’t try to push me toward any vehicles I wasn’t interested in, and helped me get the one I wanted. It needed a part replaced, and they took care of that for me before I made the purchase. Also, we needed a new vehicle so we could take a trip out of town, but it was going to be in their shop waiting for the new part over the time we were supposed to be out of town. When I told Nate about this, he was able to get us a loaner vehicle from the dealership at no cost to us so that we would be able to make the trip! I really only have positive things to say about this dealership and the team that helped us through the entire process of finding a used vehicle, getting one part replaced so we wouldn’t have to worry about it, being able to make our trip out of town and purchasing our, new to us, used vehicle with a loan and warranty that gave us the peace of mind that we were looking for! This schedule has been a real mess. I've been waiting now for many months for Ferman Ford to get back to me to confirm the parts were actually in stock and nobody followed up. This is on top of the first service where I brought the car in for the recall. And was told the parts weren't available. And you would be back in touch when the parts were in stock. And nobody ever returned call or email. Then I heard many emails from Ferman Ford. Saying the Mobile service team would be happy to take care of this and again. When I replied, nobody followed up the either. I had to email 3 or 4 times and still nobody returned the email and scheduled the service and replied. This is just unprofessional and not what I expect from Ferman Ford. Then when I came in and was explaining this to you, you called me rude for explaining this! Ferman Ford need to do better. More
I have been to the dealership four times to have recall service taken care of. The first time they said everything was fine and which it wasn’t. Now today Saturday, 9 September was my fourth trip to get th service taken care of. The first time they said everything was fine and which it wasn’t. Is there no communication at your dealership to where I don’t come there and spend hours wasting my time because someone up there can’t give me a courtesy call and at least tell me something. Absolutely dissatisfied with Ferman Ford at this time. If somethings on back order, at least tell the customer so they don’t waste their time coming to the dealership poor poor business! More
