Service for Battery drain and Instrument cluster waking up. As always, our experience since we purchased this car with the service department has been excellent. The last visit involved problems that would dri As always, our experience since we purchased this car with the service department has been excellent. The last visit involved problems that would drive even a seasoned technician nuts. Not overly complicated but the type that are very difficult to troubleshoot. I made my career as an engineer troubleshooting difficult issues in complex machines so I feel their pain. The battery drain issue was solved (Wiring harness rubbing some metal under the driver's seat). The Instrument Cluster sleep issue is better as the waking up in French is gone and there are no issues if you lock the car. Problem still exists if you don't lock the car and it sees a key. However, it will only cycle the go to sleep mode a couple of times then quit. I'll probably bring the car back at some point for this but I want to give it some time do develop some better info and particulars for the techs. More

2012 Dodge Charger I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland and was very pleased with dealership sales and service. I decided to give them a chance with I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland and was very pleased with dealership sales and service. I decided to give them a chance with my wife's Charger R/T hemi I purchased from another dealership and had it exclusively serviced there. I met service advisor Troy who was great he listened to my complaints and had a tech go with me for a ride. I had braking problems,A/C problems and a very strange shaking. They fixed brakes (replaced tires,rotors, and pads),A/C and am currently trying to figure out shaking. They have so far ruled out rims and axles seems to be comming from center of car and back. They suggested rear tires the ones on rear were replaced about 10,000 miles ago by another dodge dealership (they replaced all 4 with firestone as factory tires. My wife really loves this car and hope your service department can figure this out , if it's tires we will make a decision on tires so far we have had 4 continental extreme contact tires and 4 Firestone tires and now 2 Firestone in 80,000 miles. I am setting up new apt with Troy to check driveshaft and mounts and anything else it could be. Tks was a breath of fresh air the way I was treated. More
