Long Wait but Awesome Customer Service It was a very long wait but they told me it would be from the get go because of the recall I was getting done. While I was waiting, I was approached by several employees asking if I needed anything. Very great customer service. Only thing I am a little skeptical about is whether or not they performed the 27 point inspection or not. It was not on my paperwork and when I asked I was given a beat around the bush answer. I want to say they did not as it looks like I may have an oil leak but I guess we will wait to see. It was near closing time and everyone wanted to get out :) (I don't blame them) Overall, I am very happy with the customer service at this location. More

However, my Wrangler recently passed 80K miles and I had been experiencing some unsettlingly new noises and issues in addition to those I was already familiar with - clear indications my Jeep was in need of some major service. I was reluctant to schedule an appointment, but so glad I did. I'm the kind of guy that if I'm going to have someone else service my vehicle, I want everything done in one visit. I despise the back and forth routine - of we have this part, but we don't have that part, etc. - and was hesitant they just wouldn't have the parts inventory on-hand to handle all of the work I needed done, and it was all just going to be a huge waste of free time I really didn't have available. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Bryon, my Service Advisor, not only told me they had all the parts in stock to do the transmission, drive shaft, brakes, differential work, etc. - did I say I needed some major service? - but that Josh in Parts could also get the 35" special-order tires I wanted, and together they could have everything installed in the same visit! Yeah, they had quite a bit of work on their hands and had to keep my vehicle for a couple of days, but I would have been without it just as long, even longer, if I had tried to do even half the work myself...so it was a no-brainer! They both regularly kept me up to date by phone on overall job progress and even accommodated my later requests to check a few small things here and there I forgot to mention when dropping it off. So far, we've purchased two Jeeps and counting from Ferman CJDR and are confident they will remain our neighborhood family dealership for years to come. More

Truly attentive and willing to help I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica about 1 year ago. Generally happy with the car, however from day 1 we had an issue where the AC will start blowing war I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica about 1 year ago. Generally happy with the car, however from day 1 we had an issue where the AC will start blowing warm air intermittently. I brought the car to 4 different dealerships that were never able to reproduce or I should say never really took the effort to reproduce. Finally at Ferman they kept my car over a weekend and identified the issue. They replaced the compressor under warranty and I haven't had the issue since. I must add that their lounge is very comfortable and well stocked. It's a pleasure to go over even for an oil change. More
2014 Dodge Dart gear shift problem I was very happy with the fact I was a me to have my car towed at no expense since it was under 10 miles and also that I was able to get a loaner from I was very happy with the fact I was a me to have my car towed at no expense since it was under 10 miles and also that I was able to get a loaner from the dealership which helped since I needed to continue with my daily routine and chores. My experience overall with the dealership was excellent. I am not happy that something broke on my car that seems like it should have lasted longer. I worry about my car having issues when it’s not that old and it not being covered under warranty! Plus repairs are always so expensive at dealerships! More
