The representative also failed to return my request for an estimate of the likely cost for the service. When I called back the next day, Tom was able to correct the scheduling and provide an estimate. Once I got to the dealership, everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I told them I was looking at eventually getting a motorcycle. One of the sales staff told me they actually had a bike in the used car area (a beautiful 2017 road king, by the way). I had a good time chatting with the staff and other customers. When the work was done, it actually came in well under the estimate, which was really good news. Bring your vehicle down for great service and expect a great customer service experience. More
