EXTREMELY POOR I took my 2016 Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker in for its very first service, an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician scratched m I took my 2016 Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker in for its very first service, an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician scratched my wheel. I didn't realize it until about a week later since I garage (only 5600 miles) it most of the time. I also notified the service department representative three times before getting a reply. They said it looked like curb damage and only offered to have it fixed at a discounted price since there is no proof it occurred there. I know that to be false since I take the utmost care of my car and literally treat it like one of my children. I have learned a valuable lesson, take pictures or a video of your vehicle before taking it in for service! Do not assume that since they are an official Dodge dealer that they care about your vehicle. I would highly recommend to NOT take your vehicle here for any kind of service. More

Great service! I received great service for my Jeep! I needed work done on a Saturday because of my work schedule as a teacher. The guys did everything I planned for I received great service for my Jeep! I needed work done on a Saturday because of my work schedule as a teacher. The guys did everything I planned for and even added on a recall task that I just received a notice in the mail for the previous day. I really thought I’d have to make another appointment for that, but they got it all done in a timely manner. If you got to spend a lot of time getting your vehicle serviced on a Saturday, you can’t find a better waiting area than Ferman. Free refreshments and pleasant staff! Doesn’t get much better! More
