My experience was great. Everyone was kind, courteous. The reason for my visit, my car was loosing oil and the dealership caught it before the engine blew and just handled everything so professional. I just come here because it’s a dealer Prepare to be underwhelmed. I only have my truck serviced here because I know they only use factory parts and products, and the dealership is so large Prepare to be underwhelmed. I only have my truck serviced here because I know they only use factory parts and products, and the dealership is so large that they have the resources needed if they mess up. Had them make an expensive mistake once and they fixed it appropriately. Prices are higher han smaller places, service is average. My service advisor Tom never remembers me and never suggests any kind of maintainance. On my last service (oil change, fuel filters and transmission service) I specifically asked for all driveline fluids to be checked. None were. Not even washer fluid was topped off, low indicator light came on the very next day. Also three days later I received a recall notice in the mail. Of course now I have to go back because they didn’t address it while it was there. Be better. More
