Bob Cooper needs a lesson in customer service, apparently I can no longer visit this location without “Bob” being there for “my deal”. Please note I did nothing wrong and should not be treated poorly and be surrounded by people as if I’m a prison inmate. More

No Communication/Longest wait you'll ever experience I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, and was told my repairs would be done that afternoon. Got a message later that day around 3:30 sayin I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, and was told my repairs would be done that afternoon. Got a message later that day around 3:30 saying that they may or may not complete it by the end of the day, and it more likely will be done first thing the next morning. I waited to hear if it was done all afternoon Saturday, and finally decided to use their "text your service specialist" feature, and asked for an eta on my vehicle. No response. Texted once again before the end of the business day to see if it was finished, still no response. So Sunday passed by since they're closed, and I again asked Monday morning for an eta status, and for the 3rd time, no response. I finally called the service center to ask to speak to my service tech, and was told, he and his team are off that day so my car wouldn't be worked on till the next day. So it wasn't until Tuesday that I heard back that they finally pushed my car through and it had to be passed off by 3 different people in the service dept. before I got the keys back and checked out. The person who finally did help me out wasn't the specialist I was assigned to (never saw or spoke to him since the day I brought it in). And nothing was even offered as compensation for the unacceptable completion time of 5 days for a job I was told would be done in the same day. Also, part of the work I had done was recall work of my airbags. The service dept. must have lost the dash access covers because it was returned to me with 2 holes in the top of the dash. I was too over it to even go back to complain or ask for new ones. If this was a one time occurrence, I'd chalk it up to a one-off foul up, but unfortunately this is the rule around Ferman, not the exception. I've had poor and slow service just about every time I've been there. More

Completely messed up my dash. I have 1 of the 1000 08 Charger SRT8 SuperBee in Pearl Blue made. I took it in for 2 recalls. Onky one was done in which I had to read the paper to let the service person know. The one that was done was the passenger airbag. They completely messed up the dash. Bent the number plate and all. I drove back around, they took it to THE PINK TEAM...and it came right back out stating that they didnt do anything to that area. I am a female race car driver, I am particularly aware of my car's condition. Not Happy at all. And will not be going back for them to actually do the 2nd recall in which the parts were never ordered, and they havent even called me to schedule an appt. This was done 2 weeks ago. More
