As always, it was a great experience getting routine oil change and tire rotation services. I had a flat tire and my car was towed to Ferman. I worked with Brian Guest and he was very understanding with my concerns so he had my car worked on immediately. I took my car to get an oil change in September of 2022 to get an oil change, and the service tech sent me on my way with the cap off, sitting on the side underneath the hood of my vehicle. Oil spilled out to get an oil change, and the service tech sent me on my way with the cap off, sitting on the side underneath the hood of my vehicle. Oil spilled out of my vehicle and all over my driveway. Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Wesley Chapel was nice enough to clean, detail the inside of the car and provide a free oil change. A part had to be replaced, and I had to wait a day or so for it to come, but they were able to make that happen. However, the scent of the oil spill still seeped through the car's vent. I took the vehicle in for another cleaning, and they did it for free again. I brought the car back for my oil change, and the battery light happened to be on, but the vehicle was only 22,000 miles, and was told that I needed an alternator at the price of 1,130 dollars. That did not sit well with me, given the mileage and year of my vehicle. I took the oil change, and they also took it upon themselves to charge me for a tire rotation that I did not ask for. Fine. Once I got my oil changed, I noticed my battery light was no longer on. I took my car to an independent mechanic for an alleged alternator who didn't charge me for a diagnostic. He said, "Ma'am, your car is absolutely fine, your alternator is fine, your dealer thinks they can play you because you are a woman." I said I know, but they played with the wrong lady. First and last time at this jeep service location. I thought I would try this jeep location since it’s on the way to my place of work. I Took my jeep in for a oil leak diagnose and to check my water I thought I would try this jeep location since it’s on the way to my place of work. I Took my jeep in for a oil leak diagnose and to check my water pump for play. My service advisor the first day seems to be ok, I got my inspection report to Review recommendations but I noticed that they didn’t test my battery, look at my brakes and a few other things, they also said I needed a engine air filter when I had that replaced 3 months ago at another dealer, how do you do a full circle inspection when you miss these key things? my advisor made of a boat load of excuses as to why certain things wasn’t checked and why I needed a engine air filter. It also took my advisor 2 days to contact my warranty about my concerns with the car. I asked him why did it take so long he stated that he was busy. What’s the purpose of a appointment if your just gonna kick my car to the back of the line. After ALMOST 2 WEEKS I got my car back they didn’t wash it, my coolant level was low and they didn’t clean up there mess when replacing my water pump. My engine cover was also not put back on right. Tried to contact service manager about my complaints still no call back after leaving a voicemail. Very disappointed in this dealership More
