After 2 years of issues, the Service Department Manager (Bob) and Luke the New Car Sales Manager, finally came true, to all the issues since I bought the 2020 Gladiator.in around November 2019. They star (Bob) and Luke the New Car Sales Manager, finally came true, to all the issues since I bought the 2020 Gladiator.in around November 2019. They started with the wrong foot, with lying about the only "choice of Interest", that was to high for our excellent credit. Then the BT portable radio, the installation of a non original Mopar trail camera (with the excuse that was going to take a long time to get it), some of the original trai lights not working, the rock lights, the electronic steps, etc. It took a long time, but Finally Luke and Bob were able to resolved all the issues and I am great full, but the should it done that from the beginning and I would not have to do bad reviews. Thank you for finally pleasing the Customer, like they should do on any business, if they want the customers to return in the future, specially me, that I buy a new vehicle every 2-3 years. Thank you for finally doing great Customer Service. More
