Ive been coming to this dealership for service since 2018. I've have never had a bad experience. All the service advisors have been great. Brian in particular has helped me many times in the past. I was very pleased that Mr. Cooper listened to my description of the strange behavior I was experiencing with the air conditioning system in my one month old '22 Dodge Challenge Cooper listened to my description of the strange behavior I was experiencing with the air conditioning system in my one month old '22 Dodge Challenger purchased from Ferman Dodge, and his staff fixed the issue by replacing a malfunctioning humidity sensor. I live out of the Wesley Chapel / Lutz area, and I had gone to the service departments at three other Dodge dealers (SEVEN prior visits, without any resolution) in Lakeland and Winter Haven where I received little more than a very cliché "they all do that" from the three service departments. Simply put, Ferman Service fixed the (obviously warranty) problem on my month old (at the time) Challenger by replacing a malfunctioning humidity sensor, and I was headed home within 90 minutes. More
