Great Service Stopped by with a problem with my new 2017 Picifica which I purchased in Maryland. The folks in the service department jumped right on the problem an Stopped by with a problem with my new 2017 Picifica which I purchased in Maryland. The folks in the service department jumped right on the problem and in no time informed me of the solution. A new switch which they had to order. They transported me and my wife back to our Florida home and told us they would have the part the next day. Shot story they received the part and the seat stow problem was repaired per the time frame we were told. This is my place from now on when we return to our Florida home. More

Great job! I had been looking around for new tires for my Durango. I checked Sam's, Costco, and tire shops. I thought ok I'll give the dealership a chance. They didn't meet the prices, they beat them and saved me enough that I could afford to have some other work done I had been putting off. The service team was great, and took great care of me. You can count on Ferman to do the job right! 2006 Jeep flat bedded to Ferman for a no-start. Battery replaced. replaced upper brake light housing that was bad. I purchased the Jeep Commander n 2006 Jeep flat bedded to Ferman for a no-start. Battery replaced. replaced upper brake light housing that was bad. I purchased the Jeep Commander new at Ferman located on Rt 19. After we moved we always have our vehicle serviced at Ferman on Rt 54 which is closer to Land O Lakes where we live.
