Service was completed within 1 1/12 hours. My only disappointment was that the dealership had instituted a service charge for using a credit card. I initially booked the service online with a follow-up call from the dealership. In neither the online booking nor phone call was I informed of the extra charge. Anthony had to deliver the news.
