I have 5 new Jeep Grand Cherkees but I have to say this has been the worst experiance of my life. First the breat me ot of my old jeep telling me it had a awful car fax and they couldn't sell it . Well they did sell it the same day and made 11,000.00 profit and sece I had a trade I really didn't get any discounts at all. There was a problem with the front bumper and Dan the salesman said no problem just bring it in anytime next week and we will fix it. Wrong!!! The half way detailed the car and I had to bring it back to get it redone so I asked them to fix the bumper they said not without a appointment. I got the service Mgr amd he said leave it they would fix it. Wrong! Two days and it just sit there nothing was done at all. Brought it back the next week was there Two days and you guessed it not fixed. Was told they had to take pictures and send to chrysler for approval. This all for a 3.58 dollar part. Its been a month the truck is not fixed but since then I have told them numerous times I would never bring it back to them and not to call me anymore. The service mgr continues to call telling me I have to bring it back to them or else it won't be fixed. My mext step if he calls me again is to park it in front of the dealer with the complete story displayed in the window. More

My husband and I are relocating to a much colder climate and needed to buy a 4 wheel drive vehicle for driving in winter. We settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X 4x4 with v-8 engine as the vehicle we wanted to buy. We searched online for vehicles at dealerships in the area that matched the criteria. We visited two other local dealerships and at one we were treated rudely and so we left. At the other dealership my husband spend more than 5 hours "negotiating" with the sales staff only to walk away from the deal over $500. Mr. Bob Gibson, our sales consultant at Ferman, was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted, get us the price we wanted, and get the "deal" done within an hour and a half. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This is the most "hassle-free" car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal and no high-pressure "car salesman" tactics. Overall they get a 10 out of 10 in my book. More

HORRIBLE! Dont buy a used from them. They will tell you it passed an 18-point inspection but wont provide you with the documentation to prove it! Next thing you know you car will have 100 things wrong wit it passed an 18-point inspection but wont provide you with the documentation to prove it! Next thing you know you car will have 100 things wrong with it and they will even lie when you file against them with BBB.And beware of the warranty. Its itemized, but their documents dont say that, and of course they wont tell you that. Fred, used car manager = AWFUL! More

Ferman was actually the third stop on my grand tour of Tampa Jeep dealerships. The first lied and told me they couldn't order what I wanted, the second blew me off, and then finally, Ferman was ready and Tampa Jeep dealerships. From the get-go, I dealt with Roger and he was very friendly. He actually had it pretty easy because I knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the options. All he had to do was place my order. He took my information down and got to work. Along the way I also had Pat helping me out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Together they were able to take care of almost all of my issues. The actual physical dealership itself was also very nice and it looked like they took good care of the place. It looks brand new and is very inviting. The only negative thing I would have to say is that dealing with some of the managers higher up along the chain was a little difficult. The salesmen were caught in between, but they did their best to help me out. In the end, I got a great vehicle at a great price that I'm very happy with. Would I buy from them again? Yes, absolutely. Would I recommend Ferman to anyone else? Yes. Just make sure you know what you want and are firm in your wishes. One final note: they did a very good prep job of the vehicle when it came in. Cleaned the Jeep off very well and made sure everything was perfect. Even gave me a full tank of gas. While it sounds like an obvious thing to do, there are dealerships out there that don't. More
