In fact, my recent purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock Rubicon was because of his outstanding diligence in finding one of the only two Jeeps of the type I wanted in Florida. I trust him implicitly. I didn't even ask for a test drive!! Ferman would be wise to do whatever they can to keep a salesman like Terry and reward him for continuously striving to ensure not only customer satisfaction, but building relationships that last decades and result in multiple purchases by family members.
