Chrysler Pacifica purchase While I answered that my service was exceptional, I meant it, because Gheorghe Donici did an outstanding job on selling me my Pacifica and explaining While I answered that my service was exceptional, I meant it, because Gheorghe Donici did an outstanding job on selling me my Pacifica and explaining the differences of the models. The only recommendation that I would make to your dealership sales staff is that they know how to operate the technology of these new cars when they get them on their lot. In my case being a realtor it's important that technology really works well and that I know how to work it. In particular, I wanted to see my Google map from my phone show up on the screen in my car. I was told that I could do this with "carplay".similar to what had been demonstrated by a Honda dealership. In Honda's case I did not have to buy the vehicle I got a straight-up demonstration and was very impressed! When I asked that to be demonstrated in the Pacifica there were several sales people trying to assist when Gheorghe reached out to them for help and I appreciated him doing that he was showing me that he was honest. They all had something to say about it to us but no one could really give us a definite showing and at the end the "techie".sales guy said that I would have to have the vehicle registered in my name before it could be demonstrated. I loved the vehicle having traded in a Chrysler Town & Country and the many features that I'd enjoyed before. When it was all said and done and I had signed for everything and now owned the vehicle, Gheorghe assisted me with the registration for the carplay / Uconnect. Only to find that we could not get the mapping program to work which was one of the main reasons I bought the car. We reached out to the assist in the car and was connected with a tech support from Canada. We could not get it to work because the tech support did not have the answers either. I received a call two days later from Canada and still have to call them back because it was not a good time to speak with him. In the meantime George reached out to me and offered his assistance to get it working as it should. I want you to know that while I'm not connected and hope to be soon as I'm sure they can show me, I do love my new vehicle and I really appreciated working with George. He is an outstanding hard-working and overall knowledgable salesperson at your dealership. I can also say that Kevin in finance gave me great service when it came to setting up the financing and made it very easy for me. I appreciated the call from Lorenzo several days later telling me that a rebate had been missed and that I would be getting that money sent to me in a check... so a BIG THANK YOU for being ethical and providing great service from three gentleman at your dealership Respectully submitted, Maria Rocheleau More

I got what was promised. I brought my wrangler to revisit what was previously done almost a year ago. There was a fluid flooding inside the passenger side floor and it was coming from the a/c and or heating valve. They've found out to be defective part that they had installed. They took care of it under warranty and my floor carpets are squeaky clean again. I'm riding my wrangler comfortably. More
