I received a call to schedule an appointment, and then a follow up prior to the date. When arriving, the staff was extremely helpful. Being 22- years- old and alone during this serious process was hesitant; yet, Derrick assisted me through every essential step- even with external vehicle processes, such as coverage insurance. He was honest, and offered every aspect of his expertise. Within a few hours, I was handed the keys to my dream car, to add- my very first vehicle purchase. Worth the Trip! I live in Atlanta and my daughter wasn't looking for a Jeep Patriot. We found a great deal at Ferman. Fit me in Brian fit me in for an oil change and he rotated my tires but my tires only have 32 lbs of air and I was told to keep 38 lbs in them so I don't think Brian fit me in for an oil change and he rotated my tires but my tires only have 32 lbs of air and I was told to keep 38 lbs in them so I don't think they checked the air pressure or their gauge is wrong. I really wanted to give 5 stars but with the low tires I can"t. Cause now I have to go elsewhere to get air in my tires and that isn't too easy anymore these days. More
