Service has not been good Took Vette in for repair to fix Remote Entry controllers, Both of the two stopped working almost the same day. After 1 1/2-hour wait, where an appo Took Vette in for repair to fix Remote Entry controllers, Both of the two stopped working almost the same day. After 1 1/2-hour wait, where an appointment was made beforehand, I was told one of the Remotes was bad but the other one worked just fine. After dinner that night, went to open the door using the supposedly working Remote and it didn't operate. Thinking I must have grabbed the non-working Remote, checked it with the other one and neither worked nor does either one function today. (Work was done by Ferman July 26 and 'til this date, July 30, neither Remotes work.) After spending 1 1/2-hours waiting and $23-bucks later, still have the same problem with the Remotes. Beginning to wonder about this dealership. After spending $44-bucks to replace a turn-signal lamp last month, which was I felt ridiculous since I just had the same lamp replaced 6-months ago in California free of charge, will find it difficult to recommend Ferman for service. More
