Vehicle Repair Service Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cav Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cavalier Z24. Service Writer Rob located aftermarket parts for the car.but could not have them until the next day. He was able to provide me a loaner car for the night. Had the car completely repaired by 2PM the next day. Also had service give it a bath This is not the first time I've had my Cavalier serviced here. I've had great service previously when Shannon and Tony were the Service writers. The whole staff at Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs are just terrific!! More

Tony is very professional, courteous and attentive to all of my issues no matter how small. Each time I visited the service center Tony has had the "go the extra mile" attitude. It is very refreshing to find an individual like this since I feel alot of the customer service has been lost in recent years. Excellent My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser was installed at no charge.
