Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Arrived at 10:15. Service manager Dave was very nice. Told me oil change would be an hour. I left there at 12:45. I’ve done oil changes myself and they take about 1/2 hour tops. Why have an appointment if it’s going to be 2 and 1/2 hours? Very disappointing More
