I feel the only way to change my mind on this issue and change my feeling about this is to replace the tail light at no charge to me. I'm not even asking to have the scratches fixed just the tail light because if water gets into it then it will start to effect the electrical system of the car. I feel just because it's a 1 1ls and not a $60k zl1 or z28 that you the dealer cares nothing about it. But when I had bought 2 camaros for a total price of $55k that should matter.i have never complained about anything on either car and always had the service done by you guys. Your service manager feels that there's nothing they can do except offer me a 10% discount on the part and that's without the labor. And I like how he stated that they never adjusted the e brake only inspected. That is a lie in its self because when I got the car back the e brake was adjusted. Chevy has my name and they have both of my phone numbers. You don't want to lose a customer then chevy can call me and schedule a time and date for me to pick up a new driver side tail light. Thank you
