I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ferman's dealerships, HHR and a BMW, and in comparison the Chevrolet dealership is by far the shining example of how it should be when you have a mechanical problem. My new car I went in for an oil change and decided to see if trading in my car would be a better option for me.
