First of all I have to say, its a little fishy that 4 of the positive reviews were written on the same day & for the same person. I bought a brand new malibu @ stingray 12/10/12. When i was ready for my first oil change, i chose ferman because its between my home & my work. I put less then 500 miles per month on this car & keep it in perfect condition. I told the female service advisor, that i had a dealership in the past put a ding in a new car & that this Malibu had no scratches or damage & to please be careful. she said with attitude " oh, i guess i have to do a walk around" needless to say after leaving i was never going to go back. yesterday i could not get the back window to go up. it was 2pm & I would not have been able get to another open service dept. I called ferman, spoke with mark & explained this was a bit of an emergency & if they could just get the window up, i would schedule the repair with them for another day. I got to them in 20 min, explained again how important it was to get this window up. I went into the waiting area & sat & listened to a bunch of 10-12yo boys from across the hall, saying every profanity you can imagine. there is no doubt, veryone in that building heard this, but the 10-15 employees I saw did nothing! the dealership is old, & dirty! After 40 min he had the car pulled up. he was telling me it needs a new regulator & they could do it next tue. the window was still down! I asked about it & he said they could not get it up & they would keep the car until tue. I said no & he said what are you going to do. I said get someone to take care of it. I asked if i needed to sign something & he said "no the tickets still open & you should leave the car here...what if it rains?" I left & called Dimmitt Chevy & explained the situation. first of all, they told me that if you take the panel off, you can put the window up manually. I was furious! I felt like they were trying to make me keep the car there, so they could get the window work, along with a remote start repair, oil change & tire rotation (all things i told him needed to be done)..It was to late to get down to dimmitt, so i just went ahead & scheduled all of the service needed with them. I am not an idiot or a extremely difficult customer, but something is not right @ this dealership & im really surprised that anyone would be loyal to them...terrible customer service & as far as im concerned, shady business practice! More
I bought a 2008 zero miles Impala from Plant city, well the closed down. I took my service too Freman for a balance issue over 4 times. The problem is still there no one could tell why the car needs balance every 2-3 weeks. They calm the car has no problems, so why do they balance it everytime I take it in? Please People don't not buy or take your car there save yourself the time and go somewhere else. The treat is so bad. Never going back or buying GM! More
