saying you have Internet then you should specify not always The service was fine However I discovered too late that some business computers can not get through the wi fi - I only work part time currently - The service was fine However I discovered too late that some business computers can not get through the wi fi - I only work part time currently - so am paid by the hour I scheduled my service around time of a 2pm conference call - I could listen in and take notes and get paid - that's what I thought !! - I could have got a lift back home or used a curtesy car when I dropped it off if I had known --- but upon being told the internet was fine - I spent 20 minutes rebooting my lap top etc - by the time I realized it really wasn't working and then getting annoyed when one guy said oh yes some business PCs don't work it was too late to arrange anything else - So not only did I not get paid for the time - I missed all the news etc on some application issues I really wanted to get info on - So I know the Internet works on my little Kindle - but not for most work PC s it appears - Really Ferman should mention this if a customer specifically asks as I did when making the appointment More

Minor Collision Repair 4 stars because they were not done when promised, but one could argue they wanted to make sure everything was top notch. Trim replacement I dropped my car off 9 Am Tuesday. At 4:55 pm Wednesday the subcontractor finally showed up to do the work. Yes I had a loaner car. Unprofessional Robert was my service advisor. I had some questions about the service I needed to be completed, along with checking to see if the coupons that were ma Robert was my service advisor. I had some questions about the service I needed to be completed, along with checking to see if the coupons that were mailed to me by the dealership were applicable, and the use of their courtesy van service to and from work. As I was trying to ask these questions Robert had short curt answers with lots of attitude. I was leaving my car with him not fully understanding how I should proceed with my service and if I would have a ride back to the dealership after work. As I was leavening I turned around to ask one more question for clarity only to find him rolling his eyes at me and shaking his head. Other employees who heard this exchange told me not to worry and to call the service manager after 9 am and that someone would pick me up after work. Billy, the service manager, was excellent. He answered all my questions and apologized for my experience. That is the only reason I would come back for service and was able to give three stars instead of one. More
