long and overlooked arrived 15 min early for oil change and rotation that being 1:00. I am advised about potential problems coming up and since my Suburban is an 02, if more than one repair needed, which is most critical (which I appreciate) . awesome customer service! A month after we bought our used Equinox, we took it back to have a leaky tire examined. We would have been happy to just have the tire patched, but Ferman looked it over and determined the only solution was a new tire.
