Would have liked to have a conversation about any additional cosmetic bodywork that I would like to have had done but was never given the opportunity because I wasn’t sure what was Pre-or post accident. good work, just not good communication in my opinion even with leaving messages for a call back. They kept calling my husband cell phone (albeit he is main contact) but they never responded to my 3-4 calls inquiring about my X5. More

Impressive Customer & Tech Service! I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up. Then, she called just a few hours later said it was already I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up.
