Made change to quote did not get the revised quote until I called on Saturday from a different service adviser as Neil was off. The explanation for the delay was a computer problem in addition Neil's phone was not receiving tex messages More

I was called about a recall and was scheduled to come in. The person I spoke with checked to se if the part was in stock, verified it was them scheduled me. When I got to the dealership a different service person told me that an LTZ part has to be ordered and would take 2 and a half weeks to get in. Im a teacher and am off for the summer so my time that I can take time off to get this fixed. The time that was told to me is the week I have to report back to work. I am not happy that I now have to make arrangements for a ride and someone to take my car to get a recall fixed. More
