Pro mechanics dont know how to change a taillight bulb I brought my 1986 corvette in to have a tail light bulb changed, along with an oil change. I dont know what kind of service dept this is if I have to tell the mechanic how to open the hood. Then another mechanic tried to change the tail light bulb, but didnt know how to do that. Again, I had to stop him from damaging my car and I had to explain to him how to do it. He then laughed at me and walked away. I spoke to management along with the service manager and they both checked out my vehicle. The service manager then refused to fix my car. A professional dealership doesnt know how to fix simple things. Maybe they should check out how to change a tail light bulb on You Tube like I did without damaging a customers car. I tried to get ahold of Mr. Ferman himself to tell him what this newly remodeled dealership is doing, But I was told by Ferman management that this was impossible and Mr. Ferman will not talk to me. Please dont use this dealership for any purpose. Now I take my chevy to Karl Flamer Ford for repairs. Boy are they Good..... More

Absolutely terrible I went in here to buy a used car. I was taken as a joke from the moment I walked in the door. First off I was low-balled to all xxxx on my trade in, t I went in here to buy a used car. I was taken as a joke from the moment I walked in the door. First off I was low-balled to all xxxx on my trade in, then I was lied to about my credit score (I went to another dealership 2 days later and my CS was 100 points higher than what Ferman Chevrolet told me). I was told the deal couldn't get done before closing so they asked me to come back the next day. Their finance guy was incredibly rude and at one point the salesperson helping me disappeared for 3+ hours after telling me to "have a seat and I'll be with you in a few minutes" More

PLEASANT,SAVED,SATISFIED, my wife and I purchased a new 2015 Chevy Traverse from Mark Laird, from the start it was a pleasure dealing with him and also his manager Chance, they my wife and I purchased a new 2015 Chevy Traverse from Mark Laird, from the start it was a pleasure dealing with him and also his manager Chance, they gave us a price with our trade in , WE then shopped four other local Chevrolet dealers as far away as 60 miles from the tarpon springs dealer, two to the point of getting a price on the new Traverse with our trade, THE SAVINGS FROM FERMAN WERE GREAT over $1500 and a most pleasant shopping trip Highly recommend going out and seeing Mark no matter where you live(we live in Tampa about 40 miles from the dealership) More

I made the mistake of going to Castriota Chevrolet in Hudson trying to purchase a new Colorado to replace my old 2005 Z-71 Colorado, that I purchased from him in 2007. I figured I'm a Retired Marine, Castriota is a Retired Marine Senior Officer, he gave me a military discount last time. I was greatly mistaken. There was no loyalty discounts offered, there was no military discount offered, nothing at all and Tom wouldn't show his face no matter how much I requested him in the showroom. Within 10 mintues of arriving at Ferman of Tarpon, yes TEN MINUTES, Rob and Chance had the deal signed, sealed, and ready to be delivered with all the discounts that I rated. It was probably one of their easiest sales they've had, and for my wife and I, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I've returned to Ferman of Tarpon a few times now for service/recalls, etc. etc., and each time, the service has been far above and beyond expectation. From top to bottom, you can't beat the family at Ferman of Tarpon. For sales, Rob is a great guy to deal with. For finance, Chance is awesome and is willing to go that extra mile for you. And for service, Mario makes you feel right at home as soon as you pull into the service bay, and Bev at the checkout counter is very friendly, and a great face to see before you leave the dealership. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my whole experience with the Ferman family. You've definitely earned our business, everyone. My wife and I have already agreed we will be returning to the Ferman dealerships for another Acura and another Chevy truck in the next couple years. I promise y'all that. Thank you again! POOR Customer Service I had a car in for an alternator replacement at the end of the first day after no call i called them and was told the part just came in and the car wo I had a car in for an alternator replacement at the end of the first day after no call i called them and was told the part just came in and the car would be ready in the morning, at 11:30 am I called and the representative was busy left a message to call me, at 13:00 I called again had to leave second message at 14:00 called again finally got the rep who said they are working on it now and will call at 16:20 i went up to the dealer who stated another 30 minutes and it would be done, If the car was going to be all day say so, I wasted an entire day waiting for this call from the dealer only to have the rep ignore my calls and lie to me again. I will NEVER bring my car nor will I buy my next car from this dealership. More
