Ferman has always appreciated my business and made the buying process simple and friendly. They respect my position and when they think I might be making an error in judgement they suggest I consider another approach. In other words they help me make the best decision for me. These folks are one of the most knowledgeable people selling cars that I know. Really refreshing and provides a great deal of comfort. When a dealer is always competitive in the market, it makes my life easier. You feel welcomed here. I've bought from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche during the time frame I referenced. I never was welcomed with the level of comfort I get a Ferman. Ferman stays in touch with me and knows me when I walk in. But I've seen them do that to a lot of people. To sum this up they are nice, honest and do just about everything they can to treat me right. I won't go anywhere else and I now live in western NC and I still buy cars at Ferman.
