The moment we arrived at the Servive Department, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Although Tony Lang had initially helped get the needed part ordered, Shannon Smith checked us in and made sure I had a safe ride home with a courtesy ride. I was told that the repair would take about 2 hours to complete. True to their word, Tony gave me a call after 2 hours when I car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived back at the dealership, Shannon immediately helped me check out. From start to finish, everyone at the Service Department was friendly, competent and on top of their game.
