Unprofessional Robert was my service advisor. I had some questions about the service I needed to be completed, along with checking to see if the coupons that were ma Robert was my service advisor. I had some questions about the service I needed to be completed, along with checking to see if the coupons that were mailed to me by the dealership were applicable, and the use of their courtesy van service to and from work. As I was trying to ask these questions Robert had short curt answers with lots of attitude. I was leaving my car with him not fully understanding how I should proceed with my service and if I would have a ride back to the dealership after work. As I was leavening I turned around to ask one more question for clarity only to find him rolling his eyes at me and shaking his head. Other employees who heard this exchange told me not to worry and to call the service manager after 9 am and that someone would pick me up after work. Billy, the service manager, was excellent. He answered all my questions and apologized for my experience. That is the only reason I would come back for service and was able to give three stars instead of one. More

Polite, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, Bogie made it fun to explore the possibilities. When it came time to talk numbers, he was straightforward, truthful and accurate. Ultimately, he crafted a deal that was too good to pass up. However, it was contingent on his ability to deliver! Bogi and the team at Ferman Chevrolet sourced a vehicle that strictly adhered to the desired deal. The only surprise at signing was discovering that we were under our targeted goal for a monthly payment!
