Felt very uncomfortable Unfortunately I was met upon arrival in the parking lot by who I believe is Keith (Salesmen not sales manager). I had seen an advertisement online for Unfortunately I was met upon arrival in the parking lot by who I believe is Keith (Salesmen not sales manager). I had seen an advertisement online for a nice pickup truck I wanted to look at. It was in in the wash rack so he took me back to look at. I like the truck and I wanted to talk finances so we went inside. I was trading in a 2012 Camaro so he asked to look. I agreed. After reviewing my car he came in and so started the games. He was rude then he was nice it's too much truck for you it's just the truck for you Etc. After talking finances for Two Plus hours I then asked for a night to think it over and to return my keys he would not. This is when I became very uncomfortable seeing as I felt that i was not able to leave and think about this purchase. Eventually after further negotiation I agreed to a price. Being after close at this point he took me out to my car with a box and began rushing to throw all my things from my vehicle into it. I am happy with the truck and the facility is beautiful but the people made me feel very uncomfortable and this is exactly why car salesmen have the reputation they do. That being said the Financial Manager was actually fair with me. More
