Ferman not up to the task I dropped off my 2012 Avalanche for some strange electrical issues. I provided a detailed written summary of al of the issues and symptoms I have bee I dropped off my 2012 Avalanche for some strange electrical issues. I provided a detailed written summary of al of the issues and symptoms I have been encountering over the past few weeks. The service department kept my vehicle for a day. I receive a call late in the afternoon from the service manager and he stated there were so many history codes that they were not sure what the issue was and it would be very expensive to diagnose because the problem could be anything. I got the feeling that the service department did not want to deal with the problem. When I picked up my Avalanche, I asked the service person where do I go from here and he recommended that I replace the vehicle. After another few days I took my vehicle to service department at Dimmit. After describing the problems, the service manager said he had an idea of what It problem was. Within a couple of hours, the Dimmit service manager called and said the problem was the battery cables harness. I provided my ok to replace the cables harness and I had the truck back the next. The Dimmett service manager stated based on the error codes and my description they went directly to taking measurements on the cable harness and sure enough the measurements were way out of tolerance. Dimmett said this was a common problem for the error code and symptoms I described. I disappointed the Ferman was unable to do this. I have purchased my last 7 vehicles from Ferman. Ferman has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. I have had several bad experiences with Ferman service and this is the final straw. I will be switching to Dimmitt, including when I trade my Avalanche next year. More

A few days later when we discovered the radio was not working properly Chance and the General Manager John Reece both did what was needed to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement radio.
