Worst Chevy dealer I’ve experienced Dropped off my 2018 Express Van for a out tail light, they had the vehicle 3 days and when I took delivery the tail light still was not working, had t Dropped off my 2018 Express Van for a out tail light, they had the vehicle 3 days and when I took delivery the tail light still was not working, had to bring it back for another 3 days, 6 days without my brand new vehicle and they had the audacity to try and blame it on the shelves that were factory installed. Outstanding Customer & Vehicle Service Very easy to schedule an appointment with my regular Service Advisor Tom Meinhold for my Chevy Tahoe. In addition to regular maintenance - I knew the Very easy to schedule an appointment with my regular Service Advisor Tom Meinhold for my Chevy Tahoe. In addition to regular maintenance - I knew the brakes needed some work. Once the Service Technician evaluated the brakes & determined what needed done - Tom then showed me a couple of parts on the vehicle, explained to me in detail, answered any questions & provided a quote for the work. I didn’t want to get a loaner, so Tom arranged for the excellent & friendly Ferman Courtesy Transportation for both drop-off & pick-up of my Tahoe. Tom kept me updated on the status of the repairs. There’s nothing worse than wondering if you’ve been forgotten, or if any progress is being made. I didn’t have to worry about that. Tom is professional, helpful, knowledgeable & goes the extra mile to take care of his customers & make them feel like they are valued customers. More
