Low tire pressure Upon arrival , the Service Manager, Billy Monteverdi, got in the car and turned the tire so another customer service rep could check if a nail might b Upon arrival , the Service Manager, Billy Monteverdi, got in the car and turned the tire so another customer service rep could check if a nail might be in the tire . There was no mail , so he immodeobe it over to service area to fill and take a closer look. Trying to fill the tire showed a leak in the valve stem area . The new valve stem was fairly priced( mainly labor ) and the car was also given a Courtesy car wash. More
