Onstar lwft my car overnight with keys in the cat New car towed over a tire issue. Tire flat when I leased the car. They "fixed" it and said it was good. Two days later same tire flat. Service center had no concern that it was a two day old car. They could have easily come over five miles to collect the car (a flat tire), fix it at service and return it. Nope...road assistance was the only thing they would agree to. Told me to get a compressor and fill the tire myself. They were very busy they said. So told to,use onstar. Two hour scheduled wait that turned into 3 1/2 hours. Tower guy left the car at the dealer with the keys in the car overnight. More
