We were able to sign the papers and get everything done pretty quick. This is the second Traverse i have bought at this dealership and both experiences went well. Fair and honest people!! From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to stay at the dealership while my work was performed. It took a bit longer than I was told but I was able to sit in a comfortable and ultra clean environment while I waited. Free coffee, water and donuts were provided for those that wanted it needed them. As is usual with all dealerships, they performed a 27 point inspection of my vehicle noting 2 areas of concern which I decided to put off for the time being. I received no hard sell from anyone nor was I made to feel guilty for delaying the recommendation services. Rib at the service counter was friendly and polite and gave me credit for the service coupon I forgot to bring with me. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I'll certainly go back for my next service. Pricing was VERY fair as well. More
