Poor experience with Ferman My last experience was terrible. Went in for a oil change and a car wash and end up coming home with scratches on the roof of my car and the hood wen My last experience was terrible. Went in for a oil change and a car wash and end up coming home with scratches on the roof of my car and the hood went back to Chevrolet and they said it wasn’t their fault but they re-washed my car and supposedly waxed it and buffed out some scratches. I do not see the difference when I went there the first time to complain about this. I am very upset about the scratches on my car and feel that you are responsible for correcting this issue. More

Stood around to get service even with an appointment. Had 11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. We arrived at 10:40. Saw Bob at 11:40 walk by ,asked and he said car was not ready. He stated i Had 11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. We arrived at 10:40. Saw Bob at 11:40 walk by ,asked and he said car was not ready. He stated it was busy. Time wore on as we sat in waiting area. At 1245 we took a walk out to see what was going on. Noticed our car sitting outside. No Bob around. I asked other people there for assistance which we got immediately. Bottom line. We sat there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation from 11am appointment till 1:pm and probably would have sat longer if we didn't become pro active and go look. Needless to say we wont be coming back for service like that anytime soon. More
