Actually cared My SUV was purchased at another dealership, because Ferman didn’t have it. Went there for service and for the second time gave me the run around, blew off my issues and after requesting a loaner by setting my appointment a month earlier they waited until after telling me they would check and went to take my truck back said nope we don’t have one. I called Ferman which is 15 minutes from my house vs over 30 like the other. They got me in the next day, cared and corrrected my issues! They actually listened and said they would do what it takes to make it right! That’s service! More

Very Pleasant Experience We shopped online for several weeks before heading out to actually see the cars. We visited a dealership much closer to our home in St. Petersburg, bu We shopped online for several weeks before heading out to actually see the cars. We visited a dealership much closer to our home in St. Petersburg, but the sales people didn't listen to us in that we were looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and they started to show us left-over new vehicles. We then went on to Ferman in Tarpon Springs which is about an hour away. There we met Bogi Enkh who had stepped in for the person we had initially talked to one the phone. He was very personable and we connected with him immediately. He took us on a test-drive and showed us some of the features on the car. Once we got back we were hooked! Because we had left the title to our trade-in at home Bogi loaned us a brand new car and delivered our Equinox to our home the next day. He spent over an hour that day and showed us all the features that our car has, we couldn't be happier with our purchase and Bogi's presentation! thank you Bogi and Ferman Chevrolet! More
