In addition to regular maintenance - I knew the brakes needed some work. Once the Service Technician evaluated the brakes & determined what needed done - Tom then showed me a couple of parts on the vehicle, explained to me in detail, answered any questions & provided a quote for the work. I didn’t want to get a loaner, so Tom arranged for the excellent & friendly Ferman Courtesy Transportation for both drop-off & pick-up of my Tahoe. Tom kept me updated on the status of the repairs. There’s nothing worse than wondering if you’ve been forgotten, or if any progress is being made. I didn’t have to worry about that. Tom is professional, helpful, knowledgeable & goes the extra mile to take care of his customers & make them feel like they are valued customers. More
