Fair and honest people!! From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to stay at the dealership while my work was performed. It took a bit longer than I was told but I was able to sit in a comfortable and ultra clean environment while I waited. Free coffee, water and donuts were provided for those that wanted it needed them. As is usual with all dealerships, they performed a 27 point inspection of my vehicle noting 2 areas of concern which I decided to put off for the time being. I received no hard sell from anyone nor was I made to feel guilty for delaying the recommendation services. Rib at the service counter was friendly and polite and gave me credit for the service coupon I forgot to bring with me. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I'll certainly go back for my next service. Pricing was VERY fair as well. More

This time they went above and beyond At the time of the purchase of my vehicle in December of 2018, the finance guy sold us additional tires/rims insurance. He really didn't properly expl At the time of the purchase of my vehicle in December of 2018, the finance guy sold us additional tires/rims insurance. He really didn't properly explain the details of what this insurance covers. We were under the impression that it covers everything on the tires and the rims. Recently, I noticed that there are some dings/scratches on two rims. I called the insurance company to have them repair the rims, but, to my dismay, was told that the type of insurance we purchased does not cover that particular damage. I was very disappointed and upset, mainly with the finance guy for not disclosing the details of the additional insurance. I spoke to the Guest Relations Director, Billy Monteverde and to my Sales Manager, Tony Lang, and expressed my dissatisfaction. They were both very friendly and understanding and appeared to care about me as a customer. Long story short, although they didn't have to fix the rims for me, they went above and beyond to keep me happy and they had the rims fixed without any charge to me. I am quite impressed with them and how they handled my case. It is quite a different experience than the one I previously had with service department. I want to thank them both sincerely. More

I noticed they were set to close at 5, but was hoping to at least inspect the car,maybe a test drive.Long story short,Phil Marchitelli was eager to help us land this car and with the incentive requirements met, both he and Charlie stayed late and helped us get a dream car,stay in budget,get some extras and never rushed us to make a decision.
