Painless Purchase of a Chevy Impala I was initially interested in a used 2014 Impala on the lot, but when I arrived I found it did not have all the equipment I wanted. My sales associate Bogi informed me of a special on the new 2016 Impalas that was too good to pass up. I purchased a 2016 2LT and the paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly. The car was not quite ready for delivery when I finished the paperwork, so Bogi delivered it to my house in Tampa the next morning. Great service overall. More

All paper work was done without a slowdown and there is plenty. While the car was washed and waxed for departure.
