great experience went to dealership to get mom old suv fixed. and to pass the time we looked at Malibu since i had one in ohio before a came back to help my dad stay o went to dealership to get mom old suv fixed. and to pass the time we looked at Malibu since i had one in ohio before a came back to help my dad stay out of the nursing home and joe lord the agent showed us some models on his computer since mom and i could not walk that far. we picked one out and joe had us test drive the car. i forgot my wallet at home and joe he would drive to my house to pick it up since it was not that far. and moms car was still being looked at and was told that her parts would be in tomorrow he let us take the car home. he gave us the information on the car and we read it. came back next day and purchased it More

I was extremely pleased with the overall experience but Mark Laird deserves extra kudos as he was straight forward and honest with me at every turn. When I went to sign the paperwork the numbers matched exactly as I was shown in the sales office. That has never been my experience buying a car and I was very pleased.
