Best Dealership I have EVER visited I was lucky enough to stumble across this dealership, which is nearly 1 1/2 hours from my home. I dealt with all of the Tampa Bay area dealerships, an I was lucky enough to stumble across this dealership, which is nearly 1 1/2 hours from my home. I dealt with all of the Tampa Bay area dealerships, and found nothing but deception, run-arounds and false promises. That is why I went outside of my area and found Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs, Florida. When I called this dealership, I was immediately greeted with the friendly voice of Sarah Smith. I told her exactly what I was looking for, down to the exterior and interior colors. She quickly found a car in her inventory that suited my needs. Now, the normally dreaded negotiations start. Not so with Sarah. She told me this is what we can do, and gave me all of the discounts that I knew she was afforded. I have bought over 30 cars in my lifetime, and have never experienced this type of transparency. I knew all of the incentives, rebates, and other discounts that were available before I called. She gave them all to me without playing the "dealership games". I knew the bottom line before stepping foot in the store the following morning. Sarah greeted me by name, and introduced me to my exceptional salesperson, Bernie Erickson. There were no surprises, except that there were NO surprises! Bernie offered me a test drive and pointed out all of the features, and benefits of the vehicle. He was incredibly well versed in this Camaro, down to the smallest detail. Afterward, he showed me the sales contract which matched exactly to the one Sarah had promised. I was then introduced to the Finance Manager, Steven, who explained the financing process step-by-step. He even got me a lower interest rate than I had been offered by my bank. The car was delivered fully detailed, and I was on my way. I am now the very proud owner of a 2018 Camaro LT1, with the amazing help from Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs. Please take the extra time and explore your options when you are ready to purchase a Chevy. The staff and management here will pull out all of the stop, and make sure you are getting the BEST deal in Central Florida.
