Very smooth and organized transaction I have been doing business with Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon for many years, in fact I purchase my 2007 Nissan Frontier from Ferman back when they owned I have been doing business with Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon for many years, in fact I purchase my 2007 Nissan Frontier from Ferman back when they owned a Nissan dealership in Pasco. Ferman serviced my Nissan from the beginning, and when it was time to purchase a new vehicle there was no other place I was going, then Ferman in Tarpon. Steve Kickta has been a personal friend for many years, and was promoted to F and I and is no longer in sales, however he put me in touch with Luis and Phil who did an amazing job getting me into a 2018 Colorado. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and the Ferman team did a wonderful job, making my experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ferman Chevrolet for any of your vehicle needs. More
Excellent My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser was installed at no charge. My service advisor Robert M needs a pay 💰 raise due to his friendly and professional demeanor. The young lady greeted me with a smile.
