Today I ended my 18 year relationship with the Hyundai brand. We dropped by Ferman to test drive a Chevy Trax because I was looking for an SUV. Our salesperson Bogi was great. Most importantly he LISTENED to what we were interested in and what we wanted to spend. He then showed and offered suggestions that would fit our price range. I was impressed that he was very knowledgeable of the Chevy brand, the value, and the inventory available today. Bogi educated us about the differences in each. He provided his own personal experience. He showed us cars that would fit what we were looking for - in features, engine size, price, and appearance. We test drove several. I wasn't planning on actually buying a car today, but I drove out of the lot with a beautiful Chevy Equinox at a very fair price. I love it! Bogi made it easy to make a decision. I felt confident and comfortable, not pressured at all. No buyer's remorse here! More
