Once we made our decision to make our purchase, Kyle introduced us to Steve Kikta. Again, Steve was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job of explaining every nuance of the actual purchase itself. Steve was ever bit as patient and knowledgeable in his line of expertise. He walked us through every aspect of not only the purchase of the truck but with the extended warranties as well. Although it was somewhat of a busy evening at Ferman Chevy, both gentlemen stayed with us throughout the entire process. We never felt alone for one minute, or pressured either for that matter! Vehicle Repair Service Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cav Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cavalier Z24. Service Writer Rob located aftermarket parts for the car.but could not have them until the next day. He was able to provide me a loaner car for the night. Had the car completely repaired by 2PM the next day. Also had service give it a bath This is not the first time I've had my Cavalier serviced here. I've had great service previously when Shannon and Tony were the Service writers. First class experience at Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs!! we've been looking for a new truck for a while. during our search we've went to multiple dealerships with no luck. We ended up returning to Ferman Chevy Tarpon to see the available stock as they always have the best selection and we've purchased from them in the past. We ended up test driving 3 different trucks and fell in love with a 2015 GMC crew cab truck. We were fortunate enough to work with 2 different salesman during our visit to Ferman, Gus Tziamtzis and Bogi Enkh. To our delight, they were both extremely patient, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. During our experience we were introduced to the sales manager, Chance Hatcher who was just as friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with as Gus & Bogi. During our conversation, we had some questions about the service of the vehicle and we were introduced to the service manager, Billy Monteverde who also was just as conversant, professional and respectful as the others. Chance and Billie worked together as a team to make sure that all of our questions were answered and any concerns we had were addressed and alleviated immediately. At no time during our experience did anyone conduct business as "high Pressure". We ultimately purchased the truck and even ended up buying an extended warranty. Just when we thought our experience could not get any better, we were introduced to the finance manager, Charlie Cox Jr. who saved us almost a full 1% on the interest rate...which was less than our own credit union!! There is absolutely no question that Ferman - Tarpon Spring (BY FAR) has the most reasonable and aggressive vehicle pricing out there! The sales team & management team at Ferman - Tarpon Springs is the most competent, efficient, kind, realistic & professional that we've ever worked with and these are just a few of the many reasons that we returned to them to purchase our new truck! This time I told the salesman I was going to get other prices and wanted the best deal first shot as there will no playing one against the other. Got his price and seemed a little high, asked him if he could do any better. He went into the showroom and came back and proudly told us Mr. XXXXXXXXX told him to take $600.00 off the price. I was not impressed. We came to Ferman and dealt with Phil Marchitelli. We have never left a dealership with a feeling of trust and honesty that we had at that point. That includes many new vehicles in 40 years in Michigan. I have been self employed all of my working career and Phil has all the qualities of an honest and trustworthy individual. When he came back with the ‘out the door’ price it was all over and the deal was done. At our ages we probably won’t be buying any more new cars but our family and friends will and Phil will defiantly will be recommended.
