She reached out to set up and appt, I came in the next day, she had the car waiting, we drove meaning I drove and she fielded questions with ease, and she answered all my questions. She knew her stuff and was familiar with the electric line. I loved the car. We easily negotiated an agreement and Tracy was great, ( as was Robert) . So thank you Tracy! You made it great- and then sent me home knowing about the warranty and service and the protection plan. And of course with my phone paired and everything transferred. All so efficient and pleasant. The policy of taking a reservation for service work and not starting the work for as much as two days later is lunacy.
