Overall good. First time going for a service. Bought new truck last September. When I called for an appointment, went to someone not familiar with the location or First time going for a service. Bought new truck last September. When I called for an appointment, went to someone not familiar with the location or the service. Couldn't tell me if it would take 1hr or 1day. Said someone from service center would call me back to provide that information, never happened. When I showed up, young man outside asked for the keys, which I gave him. Went inside, no welcome, no direction, just four guys on the phone looking at me. Walked to the closest to me, when one few desks down said he could help me. Said I had an appointment, asked if he could me an estimate on time, said 1hr 15mins. Said ok, will you call me when it's done, said yes. Said ok, see ya later. Wife and I left, ran some errands, after 1hr 45mins, said let's go check on the truck. When pulled in saw it sitting where I left it. Walked in, immediately greeted by man in different polo, assuming the boss. Said someone will be right me and someone saw me. Not sure why I wasn't called when it was done or why no one told me what the service was. Pretty sure I had my oil changed, not sure what else. When I go with my wife to lexus Wesley chappel, immediately greeted, explained what they'll be doing on the service, how long it will take and shown to the lobby. Not much, but enough and opposite of what I received. More

The service department does not seem to honor appointment times. After waiting for parts to arrive, I received a call from the dealership to make an appointment for repairs I had been waiting to get done und times. After I made the appointment on the phone, the operator said not to forget to get my 40 point courtesy inspection. I made the appointment for a Tuesday at 9:15. I figured the repair would take about 3 hours to perform. I brought my truck in around 8:30. I asked the Service Rep when it might be done and was told it depends on how long the car before mine takes to complete. Wednesday we called the Service Rep to see if the truck would be ready that day. After 20 minutes on the phone we were told that work on the truck was not started, but still sitting in the parking lot. He said they may get to it Thursday. We asked for a loaner car, not an option. We then asked if we could pick up the truck and bring it back when the shop was ready for it, the Service Rep agreed. Friday I called Shannon at the dealership explained our issues. She eventually arranged to personally pick up our truck the following Thursday to have it serviced. She came to our house to get the truck at 9:30. The job was done and the truck returned to us at 12:30 that day. So the job took less than 3 hours, but the truck sat untouched for almost two days before we retrieved it and was not completed until 9 days after it was scheduled to be started. Furthermore, the 40 point inspection promised when I scheduled the appointment was not performed and the was a line item on the invoice for a courtesy wash which obviously was not performed. The work performed seems to have fixed the issues we had, so I give credit to the service techs, but the front office does not work smoothly. More
