My 2021 vette needed a part. They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. They found out it was an instock item and never was ordered 3 visits to them for a minor fix. They kept the car 2 days twice. Their shuttle service sucks. Waited 2 hrs for a ride. More

I made the mistake of buying a car from Ferman. It has proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and y proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. I am at my wits end with the defective vehicle that I begged Ferman to repair. I am filing complaints from Tampa to Detroit. Beware of the lies, the put offs and being patted on the head and treated like an imbecile. More
I went into Chevy to get the Emissions recall done. I didnt have previous issues prior to going in. Apparently Chevy said they changed the O2 sensor and catalylic converter. I had my mechanic check, they did not change my catalylic converter, and also left screws on my exhaust manifold lose and cracked it. I went to them and told them, and Chevy says they never touched my exhaust but who else did? Now they want me to pay $1400. Their trying to rip me off because Im a black single woman. I had to pay out of pocket elsewhere to get it done. Imagine how my how gas I was burning over $100 a week because of Chevy! I have receipts!. I called both the service manager and director with no call back! Crooks! More
We made an appointment to have the master switch for power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. They had our Traverse for over 2 and a half hours and nothing ended up getting fixed not even the master power windows switch that doesn't take much time to do. What did they do with all that time? Diagnosed a bunch of other things that we didn't ask for which would have been fine if they had prioritized what we knew we wanted fixed. I believe part of the reason the service was subpar is we had Ally Major Guard to supplement the bill and Mike Stevens gave us every indication he was skeptical of making it work today and therefore was not going to make any special effort to make it happen. I suppose it's my fault for not trusting my instincts and getting out of there right away. But we had a good experience using Ally with another dealership Stingray Chevrolet on a Saturday, so we hoped it would be a similar result here but that was not the reality at all. An absolute waste of time and I'm not looking forward to having to fight a bill for the time that they wasted to not fix the problems we informed them of ahead of time. Hopefully, others will read this and avoid a similar fate. More

Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now.
