I would like to commend Service Manager Brian Rabeau and Tech Joe for their assistance in reprogramming of TPMS on my 2006 Corvette. I will never take my car back for repair work ever again. My car came in because of a Stabilitrak notice on my dash. 2 weeks later and $7385 later I left. 2 weeks later the same thing happened. Our service advisor Brian W. stated that they could not find an issue and we took it home again after spending another 2 weeks there. Two weeks later for the third time same issue. This time they kept the car 30 days. I must have called Brian W. 10 times. No response. Brian R. the service manager was also unresponsive. I then contacted the GM Brad Wise at least 5 times. No call back. Then I contacted the AGM Jimmy Larkin. He called back once and that was it. 55 days in the shop and all I wanted was for some communication. We paid $7385 of the first visit to find out that they didn't even fix the issue which they stated was a misfire on cylinder 1 and then the third time they said it was a misfire on cylinder 5. You would think for that kind of money it would be fixed. I even called Ferman himself and of course no call back. Worse customer service I ever had in my life. Go elsewhere for any repair work on your car. More

I've been going to Ferman Chevrolet for five years now. My sales person is Gary and he is great! Never pushes anything on you that you don't need at the time. Ordered a Tonneau cover for my Truck. They told me 2-3 weeks. Finally at 5 weeks it came in. I made an appointment to get it installed at 1:45. They told me 2 hours to install. I waited in the waiting room since I had no ride home and I live too far the shuttle. After 2 hours they come and tell me it’s a 4 hour job and they can’t do it. I can either cleave my truck overnight (wasn’t an option unfortunately) or come back at 8am tomorrow for them to do it. So, I will spend more than 6 hours in their waiting room for them to install the cover. I guess I need to find a new dealership for service. They didn’t touch my truck for 2 hours and I had an appointment. I guess my time doesn’t matter. More

A advisor met me as soon as I pulled in, my appointment was a 8:00 and I got there about 7:30, anyway the advisor (Merrick) got me square away and with in no time my service was completed.
