My experience was great thanks to good customer service. I came to the service department for the 3rd time with an air conditioner that wasn't working. I had to pay $100 less than a year earlier. Howard was great he knew I wasn't happy about the situation. While my mother and I were at the mall he went to the customer service manager Tommy and explained the situation. I didn't ask him to do that, Howard did that on his own because he cares about his customers. Tommy waived the $100 deductible, something he did not have to do. Tommy and Howard took care of me because my business is important to them. They want to make sure their customers are happy so they will keep coming back. My husband and I have bought 5 vehicles at Ferman chevrolet and we will return and recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Made me happy, again. I was not happy when I picked up a piece of debris that caused a flat tire on my truck. Horrible service department and body work on my new truck!! I had brought my concerns regarding some body fit issues on my new Reaper Truck. My original appointment was with "Brian" in the service department on I had brought my concerns regarding some body fit issues on my new Reaper Truck. My original appointment was with "Brian" in the service department on August 4th. Even at that time he didn't seem very concerned about the issues with my truck. After two months of calls and supposed "lost parts", I finally took my truck in to have the wheel wells refit properly. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while my $70,000 Reaper was being fixed. I was told it would take two days to properly attach the fender flares. Three weeks later I was finally told my truck was finished, as I was out of town for a week. When I returned the dealer had my truck for almost a month. The truck was immaculate when I brought it in. I had just had it detailed and it was spotless inside and out with just over 1,200 miles on it. When it was returned to me it was filthy!! Bird s**t, acorns, dirt, dust, boot prints on the leather interior and glue stuck to the side of the wheel well flares that were to be fixed. It appeared that they had even attempted to buff out their errors only to make it look even worse. There are scratches on the hood and the overall appearance it worse then when I dropped it off by far. When I brought these issues to the attention of my service rep Brian, he just said bring it back in and we'll have to look at it. Really!!! bring it back again!! I've been going through this process since August 4th and I get excuses and shoddy work from a Chevrolet Dealer??? Brian even admitted he knew about the glue on the wheel well flare but "thought they took care of it". I guess no one follows up with anything. Anyway, all I have received from Ferman Chevrolet's service department are excuses and sub standard work. I have bought several expensive vehicles from other Ferman dealers over the years and I have never been treated so poorly or had my vehicle trashed and returned in such horrible shape. Be warned, Brian in service will not give two sh**s about you or your $70,000 car or truck, if you can even get through to him or get him to call you back. You will get plenty of excuses when you do though...good luck, you'll need it!! More

I ask for the quote that I had signed and was told they didn't know anything about it. These people were extremely rude to me because I wasn't willing to pay the almost double charge. I was told that I would have to come back two days later because the service writer was out. These people, for the most part talked down to me from the time I first arrived at the dealer. I suppose I am too old at 68 years for them to be concerned with. I suppose I am breathging aire they would like to have for themselves I would Not recommend. Ferman to anyone. More

What Sevice? I took my truck to Ferman for an engine problem. They gave me a quote and I authorized the work on Wednesday. I hadn't heard anything by Friday so I called Ryan Ronne, their service advisor. I called four times and left messages that were never returned. On Monday I went through the switchboard and got him. He said the parts were due (I was never told that parts weren't available) that day. No word, no calls accepted. I got the truck back on Wednesday, two weeks later. The first time I drove it it stranded me at Publix. More calls and messages to Ryan with no reply. I cannot imagine purchasing a car from Ferman and facing this nonexistent service. They are the worst. If you have to go here avoid Ryan Ronne. More
SUPERB SERVICE I just had the most wonderful experience with Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa. I had to take my 2014 VOLT up to Newberry, FL last week for a couple of fune I just had the most wonderful experience with Ferman Chevrolet of Tampa. I had to take my 2014 VOLT up to Newberry, FL last week for a couple of funerals. The night before I was to leave my vehicle started to STINK really bad. I checked everything I could and could not find the source. I had to drive all the way from Newberry to Tampa smelling that and then all week at work. I was going crazy. Within minutes of arriving at Ferman Chevrolet, they were able to determine that a SNAKE had crawled into my engine, and died. They removed the snake and cleaned the engine right away. From the service writer to the technicians, the absolute best people and the best service. This dealer is a WINNER. More

I was told different prices 3 times during my visit, had to watch the mechanic to ensure he was doing his job, which I corrected him on tire rotation and filling my fluids up doing oil change. 2 days laters my "replace fluids" sign appeared. Stated I needed all new tires when I just had them replaced. And now, the is an electrical problem because my warning light came on. When I called to ask, took me all day to get a human voice, which was belittling. also states there is a diagnostic fee which applies to the charges to repair it, even though I have warranty? Doesn't make sense. I never had an issue with my car until I took it in to them. Cashier asked for lots of money and asks you to sign multiple papers, and when questioned she can't says she doesn't know. Trust was not earned. More
