Loyal customer-unhappy with tire dept!!! I've always had good/decent service and interaction. Bought my Silverado 1500 brand new in 2015-got the tire warranty and the everything else warranty I've always had good/decent service and interaction. Bought my Silverado 1500 brand new in 2015-got the tire warranty and the everything else warranty. Would have recommended this dealership to anyone. Well don't be fooled by their tire warranty. I had the misfortune of running over some roofing nails-literally got nails in every tire. Take it to ferman-they replaced front two tires under the warranty and plugged the back two tires. Well my truck is a rear wheel drive. My back tires didn't have a lot of tread to begin with. So they leave the balder tires on the back, put the new ones up front and a week or so later at 40 mph my truck hydroplaned off 301 into a light pole. Yeah I'm not real happy. More

GREAT SERVICE VISIT AS EXPECTED... SERVICE AND ADVISOR (RYAN) WHERE GREAT AS USUAL... ITS ALWAYS GREAT HOWEVER,.... WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR VISIT YOUR CASHIER CARD READER WOULD NO SERVICE AND ADVISOR (RYAN) WHERE GREAT AS USUAL... ITS ALWAYS GREAT HOWEVER,.... WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR VISIT YOUR CASHIER CARD READER WOULD NOT READ MY CHIP ON A WORKING BofA MasterCard.. Subsequent checking proved the card was okay and validated by the BofA Branden brach ofc. !!?? Specifically, was told by teller that machine WOULD not read my chip .... Sooo it would be interesting to find out what was wrong.. luckey for me had enough cash to pay bill... /Rudy/ More
BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Get used to "we can't duplicate the problem so we can't do anything" and "you should call Chevrolet" DO NOT TRUST THEM to buy or service your vehicle. Get used to "we can't duplicate the problem so we can't do anything" and "you should call Chevrolet" DO NOT TRUST THEM to buy or service your vehicle. They treat you like they are doing you a favor to perform warranty work YOU PAID FOR. I was told today by The General manager (which I had to hunt down and ignored several calls and emails) that I should be happy that they gave me a loaner after 4 trips for the same issue and Basically told me to find a different dealer to service my car. Mind you because the issue happened while I was not there, in their mind it didn't happen and they cant do anything. When you pay the obscene amount for a vehicle that has a warranty is it crazy to expect that it works? Or is it crazy to think that a warranty should mean that when broke it gets fixed? Evidently, Ferman Chevrolet interprets this differently than I. The customer experience manager Tommy tried to help, and I hate that I had to name him here but I can tell when someone agrees with what you are saying but has to hold the line. I guess I am crazy. They have no idea how to communicate or the slightest clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple miles to a different place. More
Excellent Service Dept My 14 Chevy Cruze needed serviced, we had taken it to another dealership and wasn't happy with them so this is the 2nd time we have had it to Ferman f My 14 Chevy Cruze needed serviced, we had taken it to another dealership and wasn't happy with them so this is the 2nd time we have had it to Ferman for different problems and both times they have treated us very well and taken care of our car great. Would definitely recommend Ferman to anybody. They go the extra mile to make sure you know what is going on and why. Thanks for keeping us on the road. Dave L More
I didn't even go in to buy a car!!!!! I went in because my 2012 Chevy Traverse A/C had quit. I was advised the repair would be $1000 by my service advisor, Ralph Nardin. Seeing my dismay a I went in because my 2012 Chevy Traverse A/C had quit. I was advised the repair would be $1000 by my service advisor, Ralph Nardin. Seeing my dismay at the cost, he suggested trading the vehicle in on a new vehicle. Ralph walked me over and introduced me to Tracey Pendino. Tracey did a wonderful job making me feel at ease with the idea of trading my used vehicle in, and showed me the possibilities of getting a new vehicle for equal or smaller monthly payments. She introduced me to Marckell Johnson. Now mind you, I was just there for a service and still against a new purchase up to this point. Marckell quickly got past my apprehension. He showed me a 2016 Chevy Traverse just off a 1 yr lease. Low price, warranty out to 120k miles, low mileage. Marckell then did the magic; he reminded why I was there in the first place. To keep my family happy, safe, and comfortable. And I could do all that with no out of pocket expense today, all for $200 less a month!!!!! Great Job by Marckell and the rest of the team!!!!! More
Lazy mechanic I brought my 2013 Equinox LT for a punctured tire with a nail embedded in it, oil change, and tire rotation. It was a nice day outside, so I decided to watch my car as the mechanic worked on it. The mechanic was lazy and did not do the tire rotation. I was called to the service desk to pay the bill. The service coordinator apologized and told me he would fill up my gas tank which I greatly appreciate and have a mechanic rotate the tires. I can only hope the mechanic 'really' did a good job patching the tire and I don't have a tire blowout on I75 and he changed the oil. More
