Even though they would like you to schedule a appointment Steve asked Howard the service advisor if he could get me in and he knew that I didn't have a appointment but he got me in and out in no time. They treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars and their was no charge. They made me feel like I was part of the family so I would recommend both Steve Stanley and Howard my service advisor to everyone that I know. More

New Tires - after 67,000 miles We own a 2013 Avalanche and have about 67,000 miles on it. We bought it brand new in March of 2013 and have been on the factory tires since. Finally We own a 2013 Avalanche and have about 67,000 miles on it. We bought it brand new in March of 2013 and have been on the factory tires since. Finally saw the need for new tires after a blowout. Knew they were getting a little thin but didn't realize how skinny they were. Called and got an appointment the next day and the work was excellent. The truck handles like it was brand new again. Safer too. We have had this vehicle serviced exclusively at Ferman Chevrolet, where we bought it, and have had excellent service every time. More

There was alittle confusion on my appointment at first. I w I was previously rejected by the service dept 3 months prior. Cause me to seek service elsewhere. However..the service dept made up for it.
