EDIT: I just realized that the above response from the so-called Guest Experience Manager above is the same response to everyone who gave poor ratings. Ok. I sent you an email back immediately yesterday after the last message above. I figured I would give you over a day to respond. No response, but I did not think I would get one. Honestly at this point why even bother sending me these surveys if nothing is going to be done about it or addressed? I just received this automated response and no phone number given to call.
