Service Advisors “Too Busy” For my recommendation for someone to come here for Service is a yes and a no. Yes, for the reason that they serviced my car and fixed my issue, No, for the reason of lack of commitment to reaching out to their customers and giving them a heads up on updates and return of messages or calls. Brian Woolery was my Serbice Advisor, I probably called with any exaggeration 13 times and never recieved a call back once. I was forced to have the receptionist transfer me to the service manager so i could speak with Brian and get an update on my car. I was told Wednesday the part would be in and would be finished. Got near closing time wednesday after i called about 4 times that day with no answer and a voicemail. Finally answered and said, “Tomorrow” it will be done. Thursday came around 4pm and was told oh the car will be ready “tomorrow” (Friday). Friday came and its about 3:30 and im calling and calling, to the point where i said screw it im calling the manager because Brian is busy where he cant respond to voicemail and messages. Ive walked in there on wednesday where hebwas sitting down just chit chatting to the other advisors and i walked in asking about my car and thats how i got my information. Come here for service but ask for an advisor other than Brian Woolery, he WILL NOT RETURN CALLS so dont bother with him. More
Service and Body Shop - No Customer Service I brought my 4 month old Suburban in to the service department for several warranty items. It took me 10 days to get an appointment. Dropped it off I brought my 4 month old Suburban in to the service department for several warranty items. It took me 10 days to get an appointment. Dropped it off first thing and coordinated for it to go to the body shop for some minor body work that needed to be done same day. The work should have been resolved within a couple of hours at best. The car was in the service shop for 6 hours - they worked on headphones I was told that entire time and never resolved anything. It was only after I called to check on the status that I got this update. It had to go to the body shop - so nothing was resolved - no follow up call has occurred to date from service department with a report, etc. The body shop proved to be better in communicating and delivering in time frames promised. However, the car was in for a scratch on the bumper. Somehow during this visit dust ended up in the door window assembly area and caused scratching to the windows and screeching sounds when windows rolled up and down. Car had NO problems when it went in the Ferman. I immediately alerted the body shop - they deny any responsibility for the problem even though white dust from sanding my white car is visible in the window assembly! A dealership is only as good as it's service departments - anybody can sell you a new car - I am appalled at the dismissal I received from the staff for something they could have corrected so easily. Inexcusable. More

This is unacceptable!! Then I paid for the extra things such as tires brakes fluids etc to be checked and there is no documentation of it being done which leads me to believe that it was not completed!! More

Terrible We were quoted 1$135 for a key and fob while there for an oil change. Then Brian came and said it would be an additional 75 bucks to program. I felt you should honor quote give as it takes less then 10 min to program. Brian had a snooty take it or leave it attitude. I bought a car there took parents next day and bought another. We found a locksmith that will do key and fob after I get back from vacation for the 135 and he will come to us. We will not buy there again Charles Granruth More

Great service and customer care attitude I had to have an oil change done and asked if it could be done as soon as possible because my wife has Alzheimer and my daughter had to go to work, I I had to have an oil change done and asked if it could be done as soon as possible because my wife has Alzheimer and my daughter had to go to work, I do not leave her alone for obvious reasons. I believe the gentleman that took care of me was Gary, but I was really surprised when he notified me that my car was ready in about a half an hour. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received Dropped my car off on Thursday for a oil leak problem,I have always had a high standard for your company ,even told the gentleman in the shuttle van , Dropped my car off on Thursday for a oil leak problem,I have always had a high standard for your company ,even told the gentleman in the shuttle van ,I will definitely purchase my next car from Chevrolet,but after picking up my car that Friday evening,I no longer felt that way,I had to call a tow truck to come and get my car from the lot to take to my local mechanic. My steering wheel was spinning out of control ,it was extremely ,extremely dangerous for me to drive,I did not leave my car that way ,and now was told I have to pay for this problem,knowing my car was not dropped off like that,yes the Manager advised I should pay half the price to fix,which would have been $400 plus , That was unacceptably. This left a poor taste on me.and I still have a leak,why I haven't bought it back,don't feel comfortable in bringing it back after what happened More

Above and Beyond, Again! Marckell stuck to his word and fixed every minor detail of my pre-owned Honda Civic. He told me he would shampoo the seats, recalibrate a tire pressure sensor, and fix some dents on the car. He did all of that and also agreed to replace a tire and the break pads. Marckell is a true advocate for his customers and that's why I would buy from him again in a heartbeat. More
