I do apologize for that. It is not that wouldn't run the card. We can not run a card if the card isn't present without the 3 digit code on the back of the card which you did not know. The Assistant General Manage confirmed that with Capital One based on his conversation with you. Capital One did confirm that we can not run card over the phone without the code. As you can see.... We do care about our guests and also did not screw you. Sorry for you mis-understandings with the use of your credit card.
