An we owe you visit at the time of our purchased we were given an WE OWE YOU voucher for some minor paint repairs and a complete detail of the vehicle. We took the vehicl at the time of our purchased we were given an WE OWE YOU voucher for some minor paint repairs and a complete detail of the vehicle. We took the vehicle in and told them we were in no hurry and to keep for as long as they needed. The afternoon we went to pick up our vehicle it was filthy. They didn’t replace they vinyl door guards and they were a couple of new dings on the vehicle. The exterior and interior were filthy so much dust and dirt. I do understand that road work was being done in front of the dealership but I don’t understand why my interior was so dirty it’s as if they left the windows or doors open while the did the repairs on the vehicle. Not a very good experience, I have left a few messages for the general manager and haven’t received a response to my complaint. I have been very happy with both purchases from Ferman. But this has really been a very disappointing experience. More
problem still not fixed I took my Tahoe in to have the liftgate fixed. It was closing on its own. They replaced some parts and it worked for about two weeks now it is doing t I took my Tahoe in to have the liftgate fixed. It was closing on its own. I guess I have to waste another couple of hours during the work week to have them try again and see if they can figure it out. Other than not correcting the problem everyone was nice. More

Not good I took the car in for a routine oil change. I picked the car up after hours only to turn it on and have a message that I am low on washer fluid come i I took the car in for a routine oil change. I picked the car up after hours only to turn it on and have a message that I am low on washer fluid come in immediately. I noticed a fresh oil on my driveway the next day only to realize it was coming from my car. Turns out they did not install the oil filter correctly and it was leaking. Not sure how you manage to screw up an oil change. Regardless, I am out a few hours sleep $20 in Uber transport and have to try to pressure wash the stains all over the driveway of my new house. More

Reset computer We recently had my daughter’s car towed to the dealer. They took excellent care of finding the problem and correcting the issue. Since the car was already in for service, I brought up to the service advisor a problem with the tire pressure sensor light. This problem is still occurring; therefore, resetting the computer to clear the code did not resolve problem. There is probably a sensor that is bad or is going bad. Not satisfied with this part of the service. More

Accident Repair I was involved in a recent accident and took my Traverse straight to Ferman Body Shop for the repair. I am a USAA member and immediately upon arrival I was involved in a recent accident and took my Traverse straight to Ferman Body Shop for the repair. I am a USAA member and immediately upon arrival I was introduced to Jorge and Frankie. nothing but positive comments for them Professional and courteous from start. Daily updates and an early completion date made for a good experience out of a not so good event. Appreciate their attention to detail. Highly recommend Ferman, and will use them to service. Just hope not to a rereat customer of the Body Shop. More
