Deliver on your promises I signed up online for a loaner vehicle. When I told the service tech this after I arrived for my appointment, he looked at me puzzled, went to a mana I signed up online for a loaner vehicle. When I told the service tech this after I arrived for my appointment, he looked at me puzzled, went to a manager, and came back and said there wasn't a loaner available. I had to pay $40 out of my own pocket to Uber to and from work. If I would have been told a loaner wasn't available before my appointment, I would have had someone pick me up and drop me off. I also have a maintenance package for my vehicle, yet EVERY TIME I come to the dealership, I have to remind them of it - and they look confused. Seems to me that this would be pretty easy to manage, and it makes me wonder if I'm truly getting what I paid for. More

What’s the point of an appointment if it’s not going to matter? I will never buy from ferman again. I was planning on trading my Colorado in for a Silverado this year. I will go to stingray instead. 8 months of xxxx Waited 8 months for my car to be repaired. Was told month after month it would be 30 days. Chevrolet wouldn’t help, esurance wouldn’t help, and beside Waited 8 months for my car to be repaired. Was told month after month it would be 30 days. Chevrolet wouldn’t help, esurance wouldn’t help, and besides ferman finally giving me a car to drive after 4 months, all I got was a text every other day that I’d be updated. As displeased I am with the whole expirience I do thank Manny for his assistance in getting me a vehicle and fighting for me when I was not happy. Issues have since been resolved but at no time when I tried to get a manger on the phone would I get one and I still haven’t. More
